I’m honored you are considering taking the next step in your health journey with me! While my health philosophy is defined by key principles, I use an individualized approach with each of my clients. We will work together to discover a more mindful approach to eating and create your personal roadmap to optimal health. Being healthy doesn’t mean restricting yourself from the foods you love or counting calories. My philosophy is quite the opposite. We will focus on the importance of fueling your body will whole, colorful, real foods, and we will also consider how certain foods make you feel and how satisfying they are to you. Eating “perfectly” is not the goal; rather finding more consistency in making healthier choices is where feeling your BEST begins. I will be by your side to guide you with the tools to listen and trust your body, become more confident in the kitchen, and find more joy and less worry around food.

I offer introductory consultations, package options, and add-on sessions. Clients accepted anywhere in the United States. We meet over the phone or virtually over video conference/Skype/FaceTime. If you live in the Scottsdale, AZ area, you have the option to meet in person!

1 Hour Initial Consultation Session

In our first initial consultation session will discuss your current relationship with food, eating patterns, lifestyle, habits, and health intentions. Before we meet, I will ask you to send me a completed intake form so that I can understand where you are currently in mind, body and kitchen, your challenges, and where you would like to be, giving me a starting point to set you up for success. This will also allow us to have an open conversation when we meet, and together, we will dive deep into more food-related topics in order to bring your goals to life.

Change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes commitment, consistency, and support to learn to listen and trust your body and develop a healthy relationship with food. I am here to support you in your journey and provide accountability as you become more empowered.

After our initial consultation session, we will meet twice a month over the phone or video (package options below) as well as unlimited email and text support.

3 Month Package

This package includes 6, 35-minute follow-up sessions. During each follow-up session we will assess what’s working and what needs more attention, as well as a new area of focus. I will provide you education and resources on specific topics as well as tips and exercises to implement until our next session.

6 Month Package

This package includes 12, 35-minute follow-up sessions. During each follow-up session we will assess what’s working and what needs more attention, as well as a new area of focus. I will provide you education and resources on specific topics as well as tips and exercises to implement until our next session.

Add-On Sessions

Available for clients who have completed their 3 or 6 Month Package and are seeking additional support and guidance to maintain their optimal health goals. Add-on sessions are also available for clients who have completed an initial consult and opt not to commit to a package, but would like the opportunity for another follow-up session, personal grocery shopping, learning to navigate the grocery store, or help in your kitchen! (35 & 60-minute sessions available as well as custom times for grocery and kitchen experiences).
