Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl

This creamy, low-ingredient smoothie bowl will no doubt get you in the mood for fall.  Slightly sweetened with banana, the combination of pumpkin and spices creates the perfect blend to begin your day!


  • 2/3 cup almond milk

  • 1/3 can frozen organic pumpkin purée - (pre-freeze in an ice-cube tray)

  • ½ of a small or 1/3 of a large frozen organic banana

  • 1/3 cup frozen organic zucchini - (pre-freeze sliced ¼" rounds)

  • A few shakes of pumpkin pie spice

  • A shake of cinnamon

What To Do:
